Mr. Soni, who is congenitally blind, has trained thousands of people with visual impairment in the use of technology. He has established a Technology Museum that provides an orientation to people who wish to understand technology options for people with visual impairment. He has been conducting the Champions Program for young leaders on behalf of ICEVI.
