Taking Care of Yourself: Personal Management Skills

Personal management skills are the skills you need to organize and meet your hygiene needs as well as to demonstrate appropriate grooming skills. These skills enable you to take care of yourself. The types of knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) expected of people in this area include dental care, cutting or filing fingernails, shaving, putting on make-up, etc.

To evaluate your skills, complete this Personal Management Skills Checklist.
